Krister Lowe, PhD, CPCC
Founder, Chief Creative Officer, PodcasterKrister Lowe, M.A., Ph.D., CPCC is an Organizational Psychologist, an Executive & Team Coach, and a Podcaster. Krister is the Host of the The Team Coaching Zone podcast–a weekly interview show that explores the art and science of team coaching–and that has a listenership in more than 125 countries around the world. Dr. Lowe is a specialist in team coaching, conflict resolution and performance management and has more than fifteen years of experience consulting to diverse organizations in more than 25 countries throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and the Americas. His coaching, consulting, facilitation and training interventions have reached more than 25,000 people globally. He has expertise in a number of sectors including: international organizations, professional services, financial services, information technology, foundations, pharmaceuticals and education. Krister holds both a Master of Arts Degree and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Eric Kohner, CPCC
Director of Leadership & Coaching and West Coast LeadEric is an internationally recognized executive coach, trainer, keynote speaker and pioneer in the coaching profession. He is a senior trainer for the Coaches Training Institute and currently is the Director of Leadership & Coaching as well as the West Coast Lead for The Team Coaching Zone.
Eric enjoys icon status in the coaching industry due, in part, to his fearlessness in calling people forth for the sake of their learning and leadership. A catalyst for leadership excellence across cultures, Eric has delivered training programs on five continents. Prior to becoming a coach and leadership trainer, Eric worked for 20 years in the entertainment industry appearing on stage as well as in film and television. Eric has broken new ground in leadership development by applying his acting expertise to his work.
His latest endeavor is the 5 Knowledge Centers which he has co created with his partners Pim Harder and Krister Lowe of the Team Coaching Zone. Eric was born in NYC and was a taxi driver in the Big Apple early on in his acting career. He still carries a New York edge from those days, which he uses in service of his clients’ transformation. Eric currently lives in Pasadena, California with his wife and daughter.

Leslie Migliaccio, M.A., PhD Cand.
Leadership & Team CoachLeslie Migliaccio, M.A., PhD Candidate is a Leadership and Team Coach at Team Coaching Zone. She is passionate about helping individuals, groups, and organizations recognize their blind-spots for the purpose of deep learning. She enjoys facilitating meaningful (and difficult) conversations- working through conflict for creating change.
Leslie has a background in organizational research and consulting, but is strongly influenced by her experiential learning in the group relation’s method. She uses a system’s perspective and psychoanalytic approach in her work as a coach, co-creating solutions with her clients.
She completed her BA in Psychology at Ramapo College, MA in Social-Organizational psychology from Columbia University, and is currently a PhD student in Organizational Psychology at Hofstra University. She researches diversity in organizations and is curious about the role of leadership in social justice.

Pim Harder, CPCC, ORSCC
Head of Netherlands Country OfficePim Harder is the Founder of Pim Harder Training and Coaching. Pim combines over 15 years experience and expertise in youth and adult learning and team and organizational development. He creates and facilitates change and development programs for educators, senior managers and leadership teams. He has been a pioneer in introducing coaching in the Dutch education and law enforcement sectors. Pim is a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) and is also certified in the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Certification (ORSCC) program. He is based in the Netherlands and is the original visionary behind the Nautilus Experience.
