For Payment By Credit Card: We accept all major credit cards

Refunds & Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a refund.  All cancellations or requests for transfer must be sent in writing via e-mail and must identify the registrant’s name, email address and amount paid. Send requests to Krister Lowe, PhD at krister@teamcoachingzone.com.  Registrants requesting refunds 15 days or more in advance of the course will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee to cover transaction costs.  Registrants requesting refunds less than 14 days or less in advance of the course will receive a 50% refund. If The Team Coaching Zone is able to find a replacement for your seat, you will receive a full refund less the $150 administrative fee. This will be a courtesy and is not a guarantee.  No refunds will be issued as of the first day of the workshop.  Team Coaching Zone, LLC. is not responsible for problems or events beyond our control such as travel delays, natural disasters, sicknesses or other unexpected disruptions.  Consider purchasing travel insurance to cover such circumstances. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under these circumstances unless a replacement can be found for your seat as mentioned above.

Team Diagnostic Survey Payments

  • 1 Online Team Diagnostic Survey with unlimited # of team members
  • Note: Survey is available once 80% of participants complete the survey
  • Note: 27 page survey report is delivered in PDF format
  • Note: the survey is administered by Team Coaching Zone upon receiving the names and email addresses of the survey respondents and an agreed upon deadline for survey completion
